If you would like to go to the Akela Camp-out the district is having on May 20-21 you can go for the day or camp for the weekend even though Pack 33 is not participating as a pack this year.. As a reminder this is the weekend of the Chatsworth carnival (starts Sunday at noon).

For those not familiar with it, the Akela is a weekend at Clear Lake where packs from all around the Algonquin District gather for fun activities, including a special evening cross-over ceremony for graduating Tigers.  Click here(49k Word doc) for more info.

The cost for the Akela Camp out is $12.00 per person. If you are interested in attending, please let John Stackpole know by April 29th at Cubmaster, or send him a check made out to "Cub Scout Pack 33" to John Stackpole, 39 Coolidge Street, Larchmont, NY 10538.
